Why do you want a card for a free trial?
So the trial becomes a subscription without you having to do anything. You won't be charged until day 15, and you can cancel in one click before then.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account goes read-only at the end of the period you've paid for. You can still sign in and export everything. We keep your records for 30 days in case you come back.
Is it per user?
No — per company, not per originator. Put your whole team on it.
Do I need an AI subscription?
No. CertGrid works on its own. If you already pay for ChatGPT or Claude you can connect it and ask questions about your records, but nothing here requires it.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, as a spreadsheet, including after you cancel. It's your data — that's written into our terms.
